is not a secret. There are more people that know about it. It is not a secret but something that is only known by few people.

And not telling it does make it worse. The person that can not tell what he is afraid of, that can not cry when he needs to, that has no longer someone along that gives him support, can go crazy or dement.

Being afraid to become dement is enough to become dement. The family energy can make that the members show their solidarity by becoming unaware.

Being dement is not not knowing but it is no longer wanting to remember. The remembrance of all those horrible things one did or experienced in his life can be so painful that one tries not to remember.

And that makes holes in the remembrance and those holes make that the remembrance is totally in disorder and nothing can be found again.

Just put everything back on its place, know that you did your best at that time as well as now. If it would have been possible, you would have acted differently, as well as your mother, father and all the others you are connected to.

No one is guilty and all are guilty so there is no difference. You might have killed in you life, who has never? A fly or a mosquito is killes lightly and what about all the animals that came under your feet without you noticing?

But as long as you are capable to breath, you are worth life. And if you do no longer remember, it is my task to care for you and give you a reason to remember.
