Walks

can help to change the digestion. The digestion is stimulated by walking. The legs have several connections with the digesting system.

The feet that are used to walk, give moving information to the digestion system that reacts on that. The hips that are always bent because of sitting in stead of walking, make that the intestines can not move freely.

A person that had a severe operation of the stomac, will experience a change in the digestion. Maybe the intestines need stimulation to make that the digestion will become normal.

It is also possible that walking a lot makes that the digestion normalises. Walking in a high speed, running, is not as stimulating as taking a walk.

The walk that is done in all the time available without having to hurry or being afraid of not finding a toilet in time, can stimulate the intestines to normalise. It is also very good to walk backwards.

Walking backwards opens up the stomac more and a total different function is asked of all the muscles that have to take care of the balance of the pelvis.

This balance can be low if the person is worrying too much about the future. One looses connection to the NOW being if one worries about the future which is usually done because of experiences in the past.

Stories that others told, can also be a reason to worry about the future. But they can also be used to get more trust in the own capacity to create the future as "if others can do so, there is no reason why I could not".
