By trying to follow the rules you may discover that you are the only one that does so. You call the cops when an accident has taken place that destroyed a garage that was just repaired after a similar accident that took place last year.

The owner who lives in the house next to the garage has just gone in holiday, as was the same case last year. It seems that when he goes on holiday the garage is without safety. As if the owner is capable to put an energetic wall around the garage that makes that no one hits it.

But when he allows himself to travel away, the garage is the victim of the young ones that try out a car. Several habitants in the street the garage is in, heard just before the big bang the noise of a car that was driving up his speed, although the street is in a small village where 50 km/hour is allowed.

The big bang came just some seconds later as the garage is not that far from the street the car came out. He had to take down his speed to be able to get out of that street and continue his way on the street that passes the garage and the driver seems to have been in a hurry.

He did not arrive at the place he was heading at as the slow turn in the street was too much for him. He hit the lamp-post that was cut and made that all the lamps up the street could no longer keep their light in function. The streets were dark but the spot where this happened is the boarder of the lamp-posts and the light of the last lamp that functioned lightened the place of the accident.

The driver left the spot, they say. The owner of the car did not say he was driving. He was just standing around and saying that all was well. And no police! But his car was totally wracked and the garage had a hole in his front and the lamp-post was broken and all the lights were off and a lot of people came as they had heard the big bang and the car that had made speed just before.

Was the driver full of speed and not just full of alcohol?
