THE MINISTER

At the evening of my 9th day, there is a lampion feast in KL – Kuala Lumpur. It is called ‛1Malaysia Tanglung Tourism Festival‛ or ‛pesta pelancongan Tanglung 1Malaysia‛. I stay in the hostel Palmmers, nearby be TOURIST and I want some adventure, so I go to the square before the old wet market as the central market is also called.

The whole square is filled with chairs, only at the sides is some free space. At the beginning some singers sing and I dance alone as a woman is singing songs that invite me to dance. I love to dance. It is moving on music so physical and emotional body are working together. Lots of people make pictures of me. I hope, they read this and SEND ME A COPY!

The minister of tourism Lady Ng Yen You, called Dato Sri Dr. Ng Yen You, comes and holds a speech. I hear her say that the doctor says, not to move too much and I wonder what sort of doctor that is. I walked from KL Sentral station - Kuala Lumpur central station into town, heading for the golden triangle the night before and asked several people if I was on the right trail. Most of them began to think and told me to take a bus. I was surprised that people could only inform me how to get there by bus.

Veera Singam, who lives on the street could tell me very well, how I could get there by foot. And this evening I hear the minister of health saying something about do not walk too much?! I know that one can not walk too much! I know how it is, not to be able to move and not be able to walk. I treated several patients that can not move or walk at all. And I experienced that not being able to move, like in the aeroplane, gave me pain I never had before.

Walking makes us get in contact to the earth and the earth is the energy that nourishes us, that gives us soil under our feet and clears our rubbish. Walking is needed! If you loose contact to the earth, you no longer know where to start your life and you fall in coma! So get up and walk!

In Kuala Lumpur you can join the free WALK that is organised by ‛be TOURIST‛, every morning at 10.30 h, starting at their office, in the the Central Market Annexe, first floor, that you find at the back of the Central Market. The leaders of the free WALK are doing this voluntarily so several different persons who have all their own view, lead the tours and that makes it worth to do the same WALK several times!

Do not get or stay in your coma, but WALK. This is the best movement for the body to connect with the earth, a connection everybody who wants to be healthy needs. By walking you get aware of things, that you can not see when you drive or are driven. And walking keeps the air clean. Mother earth thanks you for it by her strength that you can use to compile your future.

Movements are not only physical, but also emotional. These can be made by using music, weather, food a.s.o. All these methods are explained in the hpi-COURSES.
